लखनऊ, उत्तर प्रदेश। फूड सेफ्टी विभाग की टीम ने लखनऊ में नकली देशी घी के बड़े कारोबार का पर्दाफाश किया है। विभाग ने 60 लाख रुपये से ज्यादा का नकली देशी घी बरामद किया, जिसे घटिया क्वालिटी के वेजिटेबल तेल, पिघला हुआ बटर, हाइड्रोजेनेटेड तेल, डालडा और आलू मिलाकर बनाया जा रहा था। यह नकली घी पूरे प्रदेश में सप्लाई किया जा रहा था, जिससे लाखों उपभोक्ताओं के स्वास्थ्य को खतरा था।
बालाजी ट्रेडिंग कंपनी पर छापेमारी
फूड सेफ्टी विभाग के सहायक आयुक्त विजय प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि आलमबाग स्थित बालाजी ट्रेडिंग कंपनी में छापेमारी के दौरान 10 क्विंटल से ज्यादा नकली घी जब्त किया गया। जब्त किए गए घी की कीमत 60 लाख 26 हजार रुपये है। इसके अलावा 1905 लीटर पुराना देशी घी भी बरामद किया गया। यह घी 11 ब्रांडेड कंपनियों के लेबल के साथ बेचा जा रहा था, जिसमें अमूल, माधव, संस्कार, पारस, और मधुसूदन जैसे ब्रांड शामिल थे।
कैसे बनाया जा रहा था नकली घी?
फैक्ट्री के मालिक कृष्ण गोपाल अग्रवाल अपने घर के निचले हिस्से में स्थित फैक्ट्री में यह गोरखधंधा चला रहे थे। वे नकली घी को अमूल, माधव, पारस, और अन्य ब्रांड्स के लेबल के साथ पैक करके बाजार में बेचते थे। उन्होंने अपने खुद के ब्रांड्स मारुति नंदन, गोमती नंदन, और अवंतिका के नाम से भी नकली घी की सप्लाई की।
एक्सपायरी घी का नया कारोबार
सहायक आयुक्त ने बताया कि यह कंपनी बाजार से ब्रांडेड कंपनियों का एक्सपायरी घी खरीदती थी, फिर उसे नए सिरे से तैयार करके अपने ब्रांड के नाम से बेच देती थी। कंपनी बीते 6 वर्षों से इस नकली घी का कारोबार कर रही थी और इसकी सप्लाई पूरे प्रदेश में होती थी।
